• Position: Vehicle Prepper / Paint Sprayer
• Location: Enfield
• Salary: £39,000 - £55,000 (Depending on experience)
• Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday - Friday

As a Vehicle Prepper, you’ll be essential in preparing vehicles for paintwork, ensuring they are restored to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities as a Vehicle Prepper include:

• Preparing vehicle surfaces by sanding, masking, and priming for painting
• Conducting inspections and repairs as necessary to ensure surfaces are smooth and ready for paint application
• Working efficiently with the paint team to meet quality and deadline expectations
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
• Following health and safety guidelines meticulously

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Prepper in an automotive repair environment
• Knowledge of surface preparation, sanding, and priming techniques
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team
• Effective communication and time management skills
