Caretaker/Site Manager- ASAP START
Location: Enfield Town (1-minute walk from Enfield Town Station)
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:45am – 3:45pm
Pay: £150–£170 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-time, long-term
A specialist provision in Enfield Town is seeking a reliable and experienced Site Manager/Caretaker to join their friendly and dedicated team. The school is located just a short walk from Enfield Town Station and also offers on-site parking.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the general maintenance, security, and day-to-day running of the school site

Carry out basic repairs, checks, and health & safety inspections

Ensure the site is clean, safe, and well-presented at all times

Liaise with contractors and support staff as needed

Open and close the school daily and respond to any site-related issues
Requirements:

Previous experience in a school-based caretaking or site management role

A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service

Two professional references
-
Good understanding of health & safety and building maintenance
