Interim HR Systems Coordinator | Part-time - 24 hours per week | 6-month Maternity cover | 21,000 per annum | Enfield

Are you highly organised, tech-savvy, and passionate about all things HR? We're looking for a confident HR Systems Co-ordinator to join a friendly, supportive People team on a part-time basis to cover maternity leave for six months. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of a well-established company known for its warm culture and long-standing commitment to excellence. You'll play a key role in keeping our HR systems running smoothly, helping us deliver an exceptional experience to our teams across multiple sites.

What you'll be doing:

  • Acting as the go-to expert for our HRIS (Cascade) and ATS (Networx)
  • Producing regular people data reports and supporting with MI requests
  • Running employee surveys and supporting HR-led change projects
  • Reviewing and improving key people processes across the employee lifecycle
  • Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency in everything you do

What we're looking for:

  • CIPD qualified or equivalent HR systems experience
  • A solid background in HR administration with hands-on HRIS and ATS expertise
  • Someone confident managing data, reports, and audit processes
  • Strong Excel and IT skills (Word, PowerPoint, MS Forms - you know your way around a spreadsheet!)
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Ideally, experience in care, health, or service sectors
