A welcoming and well-resourced one-form entry primary school in Enfield is seeking an experienced and adaptable Primary Teacher for a unique split-role position starting September 2025. This full-time role involves teaching in the Nursery/Reception class in the mornings, followed by Year 1 in the afternoons.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate teacher who enjoys working across both the Early Years and Key Stage 1 phases, and who thrives in a nurturing, community-focused environment.

Role Details:
- Deliver high-quality teaching in EYFS (AM) and Year 1 (PM)
- Work closely with phase colleagues and support staff
- Provide engaging, differentiated lessons that support all learners
- Maintain excellent behaviour management and pastoral care
- Contribute to the wider life of the school where appropriate
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - mandatory
- Experience across both EYFS and KS1 (or strong confidence to teach both)
- Strong classroom and behaviour management
- A nurturing, flexible and team-oriented approach
- Commitment to providing a safe, inclusive learning environment
