• Leading Year 5 students through an engaging curriculum, preparing them for the transition to Year 6 and secondary school

• Encouraging independent learning, creativity, and critical thinking across all subjects

• Differentiating lessons and providing additional support to ensure all learners are making progress

• Building strong relationships with parents and keeping them updated on their child’s progress

• Contributing to the leadership of the school, taking on additional responsibilities as needed
