We're seeking an experienced Site Agent to lead on a major highways project in London. The role involves managing site activities from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, to budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
路Oversee SHEQ compliance across site operations.
路Manage site teams, subcontractors, and resources.
路Support planning, reporting, and cost control.
路Liaise with clients, designers, and project managers to ensure smooth delivery.
路Promote a safe, inclusive, and collaborative workplace.
Requirements:
路10+ years' highways experience in a London environment.
路SMSTS/SSSTS certification.
路Strong knowledge of TMAN, PAA, and PA processes.
路Full UK manual driving licence.
路Proven ability to lead teams and deliver complex projects.
