We are currently recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator for our Estate Agency client based in Enfield. The ideal candidate will preferably have lettingsexperience, but this is not essential. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.Salary package and benefits for the role of Lettings Negotiator:
- Basic £20,000 - £22,000
- OTE £30,000 - £35,000 DOE

- Monday to Friday 8.45am to 6pm, 3 in 4 Saturdays 9am to 5pm with day off in lieu

Responsibilities for the role of Lettings Negotiator:
- Always delivering exceptional customer service
- Liaising between landlords and tenants
- Providing up to date advice and information
- Conducting viewings
- Booking appointments
- Negotiating lettings contracts
- Registering applicants
- Generating new business
- Building the market share
- Be up to date with current compliance and legislation
Key Skills for the role of Lettings Negotiator:
- Some lettings experience preferred but not essential
- Understanding of the lettings process
- Be up to date with current legislation
- A high level of customer service skills
- The desire to work well in a team, and independently
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Drive, hunger and ambition for success
- Well-spoken with a good telephone manner and excellent communication skills
- Well-presented and professional
- Target driven with a 'can do’ attitude
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
