- Full 360 recruitment across the industrial sector, including warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing roles.
- Developing strong client relationships through regular communication, site visits, and service reviews.
- Sourcing and attracting top-quality candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
- Managing temporary and permanent vacancies from job briefing through to placement.
- Ensuring all compliance, onboarding, and shift coordination tasks are completed accurately.
- Meeting and exceeding individual KPIs and revenue targets.
- Previous recruitment experience (360 or 180), ideally within the industrial or temp/perm staffing sector.
- Proven ability to win and manage business through confident, professional communication.
- Organised, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
