I'm partnering with a growing organisation that is looking to appoint an experienced Compliance Officer to support and strengthen their internal compliance framework. This is a great opportunity for someone who can confidently advise teams, manage regulatory requirements, and take ownership of compliance activity across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including Data Protection and Anti-Bribery.
  • Support teams across Sales, Programme, Service Support, and Procurement with compliance guidance.
  • Maintain and promote internal compliance and ethics policies.
  • Monitor regulatory updates and advise the business on required changes.
  • Conduct due diligence checks and risk assessments on third parties and transactions.
  • Support compliance across the contract and programme lifecycle.
  • Complete DPIAs, maintain processing records, and respond to data protection queries and subject access requests.
  • Assist with compliance training and support investigations into potential non-compliance issues.

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in a compliance-focused or regulatory role.
  • Strong understanding of Data Protection and Anti-Bribery regulations.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and report-writing skills.
  • Proactive, detail-driven, and comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.
