Connaught Education is currently working with an independent senior school in Enfield, who are looking for a passionate and dedicated English Teacher.
The school are seeking a dynamic individual with a strong academic background in English Literature and a genuine enthusiasm for inspiring young minds. You will be teaching across Key Stages 3 to 5, helping pupils develop critical thinking, creativity, and a deep appreciation of literary texts.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold a UK-recognised teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent)
Have a strong subject knowledge in English Literature, ideally to A-Level
Be passionate about teaching and committed to academic excellence
Be an excellent communicator with the ability to inspire and challenge students
Be committed to full participation in the broader life of the school
