About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join the Children with Disabilities Team in Enfield. This role involves working with children and young people who have complex needs, ensuring they receive the right support and services to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of children with disabilities, providing assessments and care planning.
- Work collaboratively with families, carers, and multi-agency partners to deliver tailored support.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and best practice standards.
- Advocate for children and young people to achieve positive outcomes.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Social Worker with current registration.
- Experience working within Children's Services, ideally with disabilities.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to improving lives through effective interventions.
