Daily Supply SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Enfield, North London
Pay: 95 - 115 per day

Remedy Education are looking for experienced and reliable SEN Teaching Assistants to join our daily supply team across a range of primary and secondary schools in Enfield. This is an excellent opportunity for adaptable and confident support staff who enjoy working in different environments and supporting pupils with a variety of additional needs.

You will be providing classroom, group and one-to-one support to pupils with SEN, ensuring they feel safe, engaged and prepared for learning throughout the school day.



The role:

  • Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEN

  • Assist teachers with lesson delivery and daily classroom routines

  • Support pupils with communication, emotional regulation and engagement

  • Adapt quickly to new school environments and follow school policies

  • Promote positive behaviour and contribute to pupil wellbeing

  • Work across a variety of year groups depending on daily needs



The ideal candidate:

  • Experience supporting pupils with SEN (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, SLCN)

  • Confident, flexible and comfortable working in different schools

  • Strong communication and behaviour management skills

  • Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff

  • Holds (or is willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS
