Are you a specialist Teacher who has experience working with SEN and SEMH pupils? We are currently looking to recruit an experienced teacher to work in a highly regarded SEMH School in Enfield. The school  supports pupils with various behavioural and emotional needs. They support children and young people from the age of 5-16

The Role

This SEMH school are looking to recruit an experienced class teacher to work with pupils with SEMH or social communication needs (Autism). You will plan and deliver a broad and balanced curriculum based within the Framework of either The Foundation or National Curriculum that meets the needs of pupils with social, emotional, mental health needs and/or Autism. You'll  assess and monitor individual pupil progress and provide detailed reports for reviews, ensure pupils’ experience continuity and progression throughout the School by joint planning and collaboration.

Within this role, you will lead a team of classroom support staff and any students or voluntary helpers assigned to the class, at school and/or off-site whilst on visits/trips.

This is a full-time contract role until the end of the academic year. The school are looking for a fully qualified teacher with QTS and previous PRU experience.
