SEN Teacher - Early Years (Autism & Mild Learning Difficulties)

We're looking for a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join a welcoming school in Enfield this November. You'll be leading an early years class where pupils have autism and other mild learning difficulties, helping them to thrive in a supportive and structured environment.

The Role:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of children with autism and mild learning difficulties.

  • Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive classroom where every child can progress at their own pace.

  • Work closely with support staff, parents, and external specialists to deliver high-quality outcomes.

  • Monitor progress and adapt strategies to meet individual needs.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential.

  • Experience working with children with SEN, ideally in early years or primary.

  • Strong behaviour management and a positive, patient approach.

  • A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
