We are currently working with a well-established social housing provider in North London that is looking to appoint an experienced FRA Surveyor on a permanent basis, offering a salary of 55,000. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments across a varied portfolio of residential housing stock.

Produce detailed, compliant reports with clear recommendations in line with current fire safety legislation and sector standards.

Work collaboratively with internal compliance teams, housing officers, and external contractors to ensure all remedial actions are tracked and completed.

Maintain accurate records of assessments and actions to meet regulatory and internal audit requirements.

Keep up to date with changes in fire safety legislation, guidance, and best practices affecting the housing sector.
Requirements:

Proven experience conducting Fire Risk Assessments, ideally within a social housing environment.

Recognised fire safety qualification (e.g. NEBOSH Fire, IFE, IFSM, or equivalent).

Sound understanding of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, Building Safety Act, and related regulations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in technical report writing.

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across North London.
