Our client, a respected leader in the UK's heating, plumbing, and air movement materials sector, is seeking a Senior Internal Sales professional to join their dynamic team in Enfield, North London.
About the Role:
- Develop and manage customer relationships, providing expert advice on a wide range of products including valves, steel/copper tubes, fittings, press systems, drainage solutions, and tooling.
- Drive internal sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and supporting existing trade clients.
- Collaborate closely with the sales office and trade counter teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Contribute to the company's progressive sustainability initiatives and uphold core values of quality, integrity, community, and sustainability.
- Support the trade counter and warehouse operations, ensuring product availability and efficient customer collections.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in internal or inside sales, ideally within the building services, plumbing, or HVAC sectors.
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
