Location: Commutable to Enfield Remuneration: £26,000 - £33,000neg + 15% bonus
Benefits: Full Benefits PackageThe role of the Internal Sales Executive - Plumbing & Heating Products will involve:
- Internal Sales Executive position selling a range of plumbing and heating products
- Selling into main contractors, sub-contractors, plumbing contractors, and mechanical contractors
- Reactively dealing with inbound sales enquiries via telephone and email
- Possessing a good technical understanding of the product range to advise clients and deal with any queries
- Making outbound calls to clients, upselling and cross selling where possible
- Processing orders for customers then liaising internally to ensure their delivery
- Liaising and working with the external sales team
- Keeping internal system up to date
- Order values range from £50 up to £200k call off orders. Targeted with circa £500k annual turnover once up and running
The ideal applicant will be an Internal Sales Executive - Plumbing & Heating Products with:
- Must have EITHER office based sales experience OR a sound understanding of plumbing, heating & mechanical services
- Plumbers/Heating Engineers looking to come off the tools would be considered
- Construction sales experience would be highly advantageous
- Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building abilities
- Excellent customer service skills
- Highly organised and focused with strong time management skills
- Self-motivated, confident, driven and ambitious
