Benefits: Full Benefits PackageThe role of the Internal Sales Executive - Plumbing & Heating Products will involve:

  • Internal Sales Executive position selling a range of plumbing and heating products
  • Selling into main contractors, sub-contractors, plumbing contractors, and mechanical contractors
  • Reactively dealing with inbound sales enquiries via telephone and email
  • Possessing a good technical understanding of the product range to advise clients and deal with any queries
  • Making outbound calls to clients, upselling and cross selling where possible
  • Processing orders for customers then liaising internally to ensure their delivery
  • Liaising and working with the external sales team
  • Keeping internal system up to date
  • Order values range from £50 up to £200k call off orders. Targeted with circa £500k annual turnover once up and running

The ideal applicant will be an Internal Sales Executive - Plumbing & Heating Products with:

  • Must have EITHER office based sales experience OR a sound understanding of plumbing, heating & mechanical services
  • Plumbers/Heating Engineers looking to come off the tools would be considered
  • Construction sales experience would be highly advantageous
  • Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building abilities
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Highly organised and focused with strong time management skills
  • Self-motivated, confident, driven and ambitious
