Responsibilities
- Assemble components according to schematics and technical drawings.
- Diagnose and fault find.
- Perform repairs on vehicles using hand tools and power tools
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in training junior technicians and sharing knowledge of best practices
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and inventory.
Experience
- Proven experience in a similar Vehicle Technician role with a strong emphasis on mechanical knowledge.
- NVQ Level 3qualified.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret diagnostics for assembly and repair tasks.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, diagnostics and other relevant equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers alike.
