Niyaa People are working with a large affordable housing provider in Bath that are looking for a Project Surveyor to join their team and help with some exciting projects. As a Project Surveyor within the Asset Management team, you'll ensure that improvement works across the property stock are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Skills needed in this Project Surveyor role:
  • Experience of undertaking similar building surveying duties
  • Working knowledge of current CDM

Responsibilities of the Project Surveyor role:
  • Deliver professional surveying, design and contract administration services for refurbishment projects that meet quality standards and achieve objectives
  • Implement a customer-focused approach to project and contract management, including principal design, specification and delivery
  • Provide effective programme forecasting, progress monitoring, and cost management to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Work closely with local authority planning departments to ensure refurbishment work complies with statutory requirements
