We are looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Plasterer to join a well-established housing association in Hampshire and surrounding areas.
This permanent position offers a competitive annual salary of £34,000 along with a company van and fuel card.
The role includes various responsibilities such as plastering, painting, studwork, drylining, wall tiling, and bricklaying.
Candidates should have over 5 years of experience or be a qualified Plasterer, along with social housing experience.
Additional benefits include 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays and a 12% pension match.

Working on social housing repairs
Plastering
Painting

Laying vinyl flooring
Bricklaying/rendering

The successful Multi-Trade Plasterer will have:

Social housing experience
Over 5 years' experience or a qualified Plasterer
6 or less points on licence
A clean DBS
