Service Coordinator – Epping
£30,000 – £34,000 | Office Based | Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours

We’re looking for a Service Coordinator to join a busy service team. This is a pivotal role, ensuring the drivers are where they need to be, and the customers stay informed and satisfied.
Reponsibilities- Planning daily routes for the team of service drivers
- Maintaining and updating the engineer notes in their OMS system
- Handling reactive planning, including rescheduling as needed
- Communicating updates and changes to customers professionally and promptly
- Monitoring contract margins with a commercial mindset
- Actively suggest continuous improvements to improve their service delivery
- Previous experience in scheduling, planning or coordination
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Excellent communication and administrative skills, including reporting
- A proactive problem-solver who can think on their feet
- £30,000 – £34,000 salary depending on experience
- Profit share scheme (paid twice yearly – typically £300–£400 each time)
- 20 days’ holiday + bank holidays, increasing up to 23 days with each year of service
