Workshop operative - Woodworking - Epping - Monday to Friday - Permanent

Want to join a well-established woodworking business based in Epping, known for our high-quality craftsmanship and bespoke woodwork solutions. We are growing and looking to add a reliable and experienced General Operator / workshop operative to join our dedicated team. You'll play a hands-on role across the workshop, supporting various areas of production. This is a physically active role ideal for someone with a solid background in woodworking who enjoys variety and working as part of a team.

Shifts: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in all areas of the woodworking workshop as required
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Move materials and products around the workshop
• Maintain a clean and organised working environment
• Operate required machinery
• Always follow health and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Previous woodworking experience e.g. cabinet making, carpentry, joinery
• Confident in using both hand and power tools
• Physically fit and comfortable working on your feet throughout the day
• Full UK driving licence - due to workshop location
• Good communication skills and a strong work ethic
