Position Overview:
As the Technical Implementation & Support Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading projects, engaging with customers, and collaborating with the wider team to ensure seamless integration of software and systems. You will be the go-to expert for technical support, ensuring exceptional service for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to craft tailored hybrid mailing and eDelivery solutions.
  • Develop technical specifications and ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Conduct rigorous system testing to ensure reliability and compliance with industry standards.
  • Deploy and configure systems, ensuring seamless integration with client infrastructure.
  • Create automation scripts and workflows to optimise deployment and delivery processes.
  • Provide first and second-level support for technical issues and monitor system performance.
  • Maintain documentation for system configurations and client training.
  • Act as a technical point of contact for clients during and after implementation.
  • Conduct training sessions and gather feedback to enhance solutions.
  • Identify process enhancements and stay updated on emerging technologies in mailing and eDelivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.

2+ years in technical implementation or support roles.

Proficiency in programming (Python, Java) and scripting for automation tasks.

Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strong customer-focused mindset.
