Operations Administrator- asap
Our client is a are a friendly, family-run workplace hygiene company looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working and organised person to join our service team.
This is an office-based role located in North Weald, you will be supporting the operational team and with day-to-day tasks:
- Updating systems, notes and helping field engineers with enquires.
- Ensure scheduling information is correct and kept up to date and scheduling jobs
- To plan service operative workload to maximise efficiency
- Resolve specific queries raised by the service team with clients
- Resolve client queries
- Book in all service appointments and confirmation of service with electronic booking systems.
- Work to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the service department
- General administration and customer service support.
Your package: full time role, 37.5hrs per week, Mon - Fri, 28k-30k per annum, Profit share scheme paid twice yearly (typically looking at around 300 - 400 each time), On site parking, Health plan, Casual dress code, 20 days holiday per year rising by 1 day per for every consecutive year up to a maximum of 23 days + stats and progression and development.
