Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer

Job Title: Van Mobile Air ConditioningEngineer (Commercial Office & High-End Residential sites)

Salary: Up to 44,000 (Depending on experience) + Door to Door payments

Location: Epping, Essex

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Job Description:

Invictus are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Air ConditioningEngineer to join an esteemed FM team. This role involves performing both planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive, service and breakdown tasks on a variety of HVAC systemsequipment across the M11 stretch.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations:

• Conduct PPM and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems including AHU's, FCU's, VRV's, Splits, VRF's, VAV's, Compressors, Chillers, Pumps, Motors, and Actuators.
• Diagnose and repair faults on air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
• Supporting servicing and breakdowns with contractors
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all work carried out.
• Respond to emergency call outs promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Qualifications:
  • Minimum of F-Gas Category 1 certification.
• Experience:
  • Proven experience in maintaining and repairing HVAC systems.
  • Strong knowledge of AHU's, FCU's, VRV's, Splits, VRF's, VAV's, Chillers, Pumps, Motors, and Actuators.
  • Electrical maintenance experience would be a bonus
• Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical fitness to handle the demands of a mobile role.
