A dynamic, forward-thinking consultancy with offices nationwide is seeking a motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Epping team. This is a genuine route to Associate Director, giving you the chance to lead projects, mentor staff, and play a pivotal role in regional growth.

- Deliver a wide variety of projects across Culture & Heritage, Residential, Life Sciences, Education, Hotels, Retail, and Sport.
- Take ownership from day one, acting in both a Quantity Surveyor and Employers Agent
- Hybrid working model: 2-3 days per week in the Epping office, remainder from home.
- Work closely with the leadership team while building strong client relationships.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
- RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
- MRICS or currently working towards
- Excellent pre and post contract knowledge
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy
- A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion
