1st Staff are an Alternative Provider offering a range of Outreach and In-reach services across the UK covering Early Years to Key stage 5 for a variety of reasons including pupils that are at risk of exclusion, those that have been permanently excluded and are awaiting a school or other provision; or those who are not attending school for medical reasons.

We are an approved provider working with local authorities nationwide and are looking to grow our sales team.

If you come from an Education background working either within Schools or the Local Authority and are looking to become a recruitment consultant or start as a Resourcer, we would love to hear from you. We would also look to take on staff that have worked within recruitment but not necessarily within education as training will be provided.

Our modern serviced offices are situated within Epping High Street just a few minutes walk from the underground train station (Central Line). Excellent choice of places to eat and a gym for those looking to keep fit!
