Part time Accounts Assistant
- Job Type: Part-time- Temp to perm (4-8 weeks temp then perm)
- Location: Epsom, parking on site.
- Working Hours: 15 hours per week (x3 hours per day between 09.00am- 13.00pm)

We are seeking a proactive and organised Accounts and Administration Assistant to join our team. This role involves a variety of tasks including handling payments, processing invoices, and general office administration. Training on Sage Line 50 will be provided, making this a great opportunity for individuals looking to enhance their skills in a supportive environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Post cash, credit card, and website payments.
- Input supplier invoices and email out customer invoices.
- Process new customer account applications and make bank payments back to customers.
- Pay suppliers and manage general office administration tasks including filing.
- Perform data entry onto courier systems for outgoing deliveries.
- Occasionally answer overflow calls from the sales office to take messages.
- Carry out any other reasonable tasks to assist in the day-to-day running of the accounts and administration department.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using basic computer software and willingness to learn new systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Experience in accounts or administration environment.
