My client is a charity that adds value to local communities. Due to some internal changes and growth plans they require a finance assistant to join their fun, friendly team on a part time basis (22-30 hours per week)

Description

The role will involve, but not be limited to:

  • Credit control
  • Month end
  • Year end
  • Reconciliations
  • Accounts Payable
  • Dealing with queries

Profile

To be considered for this role, you will:

  • Level 4 AAT qualification (Essential)
  • Competent at Excel (intermediate e.g. Pivot tables essential)
  • Competent and confident using accounting software (Essential)
  • Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
  • Able to prioritise own work and achieve monthly deadlines
  • Work unsupervised, self-motivated
