Vehicle Schemes is a small but vital part of Remarketing services Group. Remarketing Services Group provide new vehicles to most of the One Toyota staff. Remarketing Services Group is responsible for sourcing, preparing and selling Used vehicles to Toyota and Lexus dealer networks and direct to retail customers - Scheme vehicles are one of these key 'sources’ for high quality Used Vehicles.
Role Overview:
- Administer vehicle schemes for employees, contractors, pensioners, and company cars
- Respond to queries from all levels of staff
- Use multiple systems (vehicle and case management, insurance, inspections, etc.)
- Maintain accurate personal, vehicle, and order records
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Meet tight deadlines and contribute to company targets
- Share knowledge and adapt to ongoing learning

- Positive attitude and sense of humour
Desirable Experience:
- Case management systems
- Vehicle system knowledge (COL2)
- AFRL registration
- Toyota product or commercial knowledge
