Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
Hours: Monday - Friday + Some Saturdays

My client is a leading Electrical Wholesaler, they are looking for a Branch Manager for their Epsom Branch.
Branch Manager Responsibilities:
- Set and maintain exceptional standards of customer service
- Develop long term relationships with customers and suppliers
- Drive activity to produce profitable sales
- Actively develop new business opportunities
- Manage team performance
- Take care of Health & Safety in your business to keep your team safe and well
- Understand and manage your own profit and loss sheet, management accounts and sales performance data

As a Branch Manager you will need to have drive, determination, enthusiasm, persistence and a great work ethic. You will be the boss of your own Profit Centre so you will need to set and deliver the strategy for that business each year. You will be an entrepreneur who is not afraid to take calculated business risks and try new techniques or product ranges. You will not be afraid of hard work – you reap what you sow.
