Customer Service Coordinator

Ongoing long term temporary role

14.29 per hour with regular pay reviews

We have an amazing opportunity for a Customer Service to join a large, award-winning organisation on ongoing temp contract.

This role is based in their Epsom offices, the working hours are full time 37 per week, Monday-Friday 08:00-16:30 and we are looking someone to start ASAP.

This role will suit a fantastic customer service professional who has confident communication skills. You will be working in a busy department where your workload can change at any minute!

Duties will include

  • Liaising with customers, contractors & internal teams via phone and email correspondence
  • Resolving customer issues in a professional and in agreed SLAs
  • Using bespoke CRM and MS Excel to enter and update accurate data
  • Re-prioritising your workload depending on the importance of the incoming tasks

Person specification:

  • Previous customer service office experience is required
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • Strong team player and able to work on your own initiative
  • Computer literate - competent in Microsoft software packages such as Word and Excel
