Job Opportunity
My client in Epsom is looking for a driver/site assistant for their busy main dealer site. If you are looking for a career opportunity and can offer a tidy and organized approach to your work, this could be the job for you!! Details below, apply today if you have what it takes!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Safely collect and deliver vehicles to and from customers, dealerships, and other locations.
- Maintain the forecourt/car park for safety and vehicle display efficiency.
- Prepare vehicles for customer handover—fueling, checking presentation, and ensuring cleanliness.
- Assist the sales team with vehicle logistics and readiness.
- Support various dealership tasks, including parts deliveries and admin runs (Post Office, Bank, etc.).
- Uphold showroom and vehicle display standards in line with the brand.
- Keep your work area tidy and professional—because first impressions matter.
- Adhere to all Health & Safety guidelines and wear protective clothing/footwear.

- Excellent driving record and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- A team player who’s willing to help wherever needed.
- Good time management and ability to work independently.
- A tidy, presentable appearance that reflects the brand and business.
- Flexibility to take on a range of duties across the business.
Performance Goals:
- Maintain exceptional housekeeping standards across all areas.
- Handle customer vehicles with total care during delivery and collection.
- Successfully complete a 6-month probationary period.
Salary and Benefits
- Basic Salary from £28,600
- Monday to Friday 0800 - 1730
- 22 days holiday + BH
