About the Role:

As our Second Chef, youll support the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations from preparing fresh, seasonal dishes to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety. Youll also step up in the Head Chefs absence, helping to lead a small but dedicated team.

What Were Looking For in Second Chef:

Experience in a similar role (e.g., Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie)
A genuine passion for cooking with fresh, local ingredients
Ability to thrive in a busy kitchen environment
A team player with good communication skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
