Marketing Manager

Due to the nature of the role this is a full-time office-based role.
Our client is looking for a Marketing Manager to create a new and improved strategic marketing campaign for the business, specifically focusing on client marketing, social media communication and branding and reviewing content on the company website.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build the marketing strategy with plans on how this will be implemented to ensure the business has an optimised online presence, with a focus on website management and social media.
- Take ownership of the overall marketing strategy, guiding the planning and implementation of marketing initiatives
- Translate sales and commercial goals into a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with organisational objectives
- Maintain a consistent and coherent brand identity across all communication channels for enhanced brand recognition
- Establish clear and efficient marketing processes to facilitate decision-making, reporting and approval for all activities
- Develop, implement and measure online and offline marketing plans which maximise business opportunities for the company and drive the company’s annual growth
- Responsible management and implementation of the company social media strategy.
- Design and production of all marketing materials for internal and external use, including brand guidelines
- Review and rebuild of the company website; making corrections where required, reviewing relevance of pages. Ongoing maintenance and updates of website
- Improve and create highly impactful slide decks for each business area as well as managed services and generic company pitch deck
- Present a content strategy that creates an interest in the business for clients, candidates and future employees on social media including, but not limited to, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
- LinkedIn – create a strategy to grow the number of followers (clients, candidates and potential employees) of the brand by creating blogs for each vertical market (ghost writing relevant technical data type articles around cyber security, DevOps, EPas, AI for example) and create a strong LinkedIn platform to promote all verticals and candidate attraction for each vertical market area.
- Use the LinkedIn platform to push the business success factors
- Ad hoc projects as directed by senior management
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
- Solid experience of content marketing and increasing brand recognition
- Manage and create content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram & Twitter
- Proven statistical increase in growth, engagement and social awareness of Company LinkedIn profiles
- Excellent content creation experience for social media blogs / vlogs
- Experience in the creation and build of a company website, and ongoing maintenance
- Ideally have worked in a similar capacity within a supporting administrative role
- Ideally educated to A-level standard or similar
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Excellent computer skills including Word / Excel / PowerPoint
