A well-established and highly regarded estate agency located in the heart of Epsom, known for their customer-first approach, in-depth local market knowledge, and strong team culture are now looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Progressor to join our dynamic team. They need someone to help drive the smooth and successful completion of property sales.
Role Overview:
As a Sales Progressor, you will act as the key liaison between vendors, buyers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders throughout the property sales process. Your primary responsibility is to manage the pipeline from offer acceptance through to completion, ensuring transactions proceed efficiently and successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of agreed sales, progressing them through to exchange and completion.
• Liaise regularly with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage lenders, and surveyors to monitor and expedite progress.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues that could delay the sales process.
• Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on progress, timelines, and next steps.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on our CRM system.
• Support the sales team with post-sale client care and communication.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for all parties involved.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a Sales Progressor role or similar position within residential property sales (estate agency experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and property transactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Desirable:
• Knowledge of the Epsom property market and surrounding areas.
• Experience working with property sales pipelines of varying complexity.
• Previous use of property software such as Reapit, Dezrez, or similar.
