What you'll be doing:

  • Working a range of building surveying duties across sectors like retail, education, energy, healthcare, and local authority.
  • Managing client relationships while navigating technical and legal challenges.
  • Using JCT and NEC contracts like a pro.
  • Leading surveys, inspections, schedules, and regional schemes.
  • Mentoring junior surveyors and supporting senior managers.
  • Keeping quality, safety, and environmental standards front and centre.


What you bring to the table:

  • A degree in Building Surveying (RICS accredited).
  • Solid technical know-how and hands-on experience.
  • Confidence managing clients and a sharp eye for commercial detail.
  • Strong writing skills-specs, feasibility studies, asset reviews, you name it.
  • A full grip on Health & Safety and compliance.
  • Great time management and a genuine commitment to getting the job done.
  • A positive attitude, a team-first mindset, and a willingness to keep learning.
