Our client, a well-established and growing company based near Epsom, is looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to join their friendly office team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative and communication skills who is looking for a varied role and friendly team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering telephone calls and managing incoming emails
- Organising and filing job sheets
- Booking in jobs and ordering necessary parts
- Managing and updating company social media platforms
- Coordinating diary schedules and hotel bookings
- Creating and issuing invoices (deposits and balance payments)
- Providing general administrative support across the team
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Friendly and professional with strong interpersonal skills
- Confident in delivering great customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
