Data Coordinator - Excel & Reporting
Are you highly numerate, Excel savvy and confident handling large figures?
We're looking for a focused and detail-oriented Data Coordinator to support a busy team, delivering funding solutions across their broad network.
In this position, you'll play a key role in maintaining important account data, producing insightful reports and supporting operational processes that drive business decisions.
Your responsibilities:
- Setting up and managing customer accounts and credit information
- Drafting agreements and updating internal records
- Compiling regular and ad-hoc reports for management review
- Handling queries and building positive relationships by phone and email
What you'll need to succeed:
- Proven background in administration within a business or commercial setting
- Strong numeracy and a keen eye for accuracy and detail
- Advanced Excel proficiency including confidence with pivot tables, Vlookup/Xlookup, and formulas
- Good communication skills and the ability to multitask under pressure
- A self-motivated approach and strong organisational skills
