This is a 3-month contracting opportunity for a Financial Services Collection Agent with the possibility of extension.
The role requires the first week onsite in Epsom, Surrey for training, followed by fully remote work.
Candidates should have previous Collections & Recoveries or Financial Services experience, along with excellent telephone and customer service skills.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 17:30, totaling 37.5 hours per week.
The position offers a salary of £190 per day via an Umbrella company.

This is initially a 3-month contracting Financial Services Collection Agent opportunity and comes with the likely option to extend further. This role will require the first week onsite in Epsom, Surrey for training and onboarding with fully remote working thereafter. As a Collection Agent you will:

Be working with a global market leader in their sector on an existing project.
Assisting customers via inbound and outbound calls on Motor Finance agreements, setting up payment plans, managing income and expenditure forms, supporting vulnerable customers etc

Previous Collections & Recoveries/Financial Services experience.
