We are looking for an experienced housekeeper to support a HNW family in maintaining their large home in Epsom. The position is for 30 hours per week, offering an excellent work-life balance with a flexible schedule, typically from 8/9am until 2pm/3pm.
Key duties include general housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and ensuring the home is always maintained to a high standard. A strong knowledge of how to care for delicate materials, fixtures, and furnishings, as well as the appropriate use of cleaning products, is essential.
The housekeeper will also be responsible for running errands, such as grocery shopping, and assisting with occasional household tasks. While experience in cooking or food preparation is a bonus, it is not required.
The ideal candidate will be independent, proactive, and able to take initiative, as both parents work full-time and the older children are at school during the week. Strong organizational and communication skills are key, as well as the ability to oversee contractors and handle ad hoc requests.
The household also has a very friendly cat, so candidates must be comfortable around pets.
You must be a driver.
Schedule: 30 hours per week, across 5 days, 8am - 2pm or 9/3pm Salary: £20-£22 gross per hour
