Urgent Requirement: Lead Electrical Engineer – Oil & Gas + Green Hydrogen Projects

We are urgently seeking two Lead Electrical Engineers to join a leading engineering consultancy for major FEED and Pre-FEED projects across the Oil & Gas and Green Hydrogen/Ammonia sectors. Both positions are based in Leatherhead with hybrid working arrangements. These roles offer exciting opportunities to work on high-profile energy transition projects.

Position 1: Lead Electrical Engineer
Â
- Sector: Oil & Gas (Onshore, OHL)
- Experience Required:
- Aramco project experience strongly preferred
- Design of large industrial power systems for Oil & Gas
- Sizing and selection of high-voltage equipment, large motors, VFDs, AC/DC UPS systems
- Power system studies (ETAP or similar)
- Development of philosophies and specifications
- Leading teams across home and international offices
- Experience in both greenfield and brownfield environments

Position 2: Lead Electrical Engineer
Â
- Sector: Renewable Energy / Power & Process
- Experience Required:
- Concept & FEED design of electrical power distribution systems (100MW+)
- Integration of renewable power sources, electrolysers, BESS, syncons, and conventional generation
- Leading multi-disciplinary, multi-office execution teams
- Strong track record in green hydrogen or large-scale renewable projects
