Administrator
Salary: 24,000 - 28,000 (DOE) per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
Location: Epsom, Office-based
The Role
You will support day-to-day office operations, create high-quality documents and marketing materials, coordinate appointments, manage processes, and ensure smooth communication between clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with clients and colleagues to manage timescales and documentation.
- Handle incoming calls and messages.
- Prepare, proofread, and format documents and brochures.
- Coordinate appointments with external suppliers and contractors.
- Maintain spreadsheets, office processes, and compliance records.
- Provide general clerical support including typing and data entry.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous administrative experience (PA/office support desirable.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM knowledge beneficial.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive, professional, and customer-focused.
