TPF Recruitment is excited to be partnering with a highly respected client based in the KT area, currently seeking a Trusts and Estates Senior / Manager to join their friendly and expanding team. This role will be a varied tax position, but with a trusts and estates specialism, due to a busy workload in this area. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of trust and estates work, ensuring high standards of work
  • Reviewing and checking the work completed by junior tax colleagues for accuracy and compliance
  • Handling complex compliance matters related to trusts
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of trust regulations and compliance requirements
  • Providing guidance and support to team members on technical trust issues
  • Completing advisory work
  • Liaising with clients to ensure their needs are met and queries resolved
Requirements
  • ATT, CTA, or STEP qualifications are highly desirable but experience more highly valued
  • Considerable experience in a similar role will also be considered in lieu of qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of trust compliance and regulations
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    • Competitive salary of £45,000 - £65,000, subject to experience and qualifications. Manager level will be paid at the higher end of the budget, and Seniors at the lower.
