About the Opportunity

This is an exceptional chance for an experienced Financial Adviser or Wealth Planner to inherit a highly valuable, long-standing book of high-net-worth clients from a retiring adviser. Based in Epsom, Surrey, you’ll step straight into managing £300k of recurring fee income—with no cold calling or new business development required. You'll work with affluent, loyal clients, delivering holistic financial planning with the full backing of in-house paraplanners and administrators.

The Financials

  • Base Salary: Up to £75,000 (dependent on experience)
  • Bonus Structure:
    • 3.5x validation (£262,500) against the inherited £300k recurring fee income
    • 30% payout on fees generated over validation
    • First year’s OTE: £86,250 — with zero new business required

The Role

  • Take over and manage an established portfolio of high-net-worth clients
  • Provide holistic, whole-of-market advice across pensions, investments, protection, and estate planning
  • Conduct thorough annual reviews and ensure clients' evolving needs are met
  • Collaborate with paraplanners and admin staff for seamless client servicing
  • Work closely with the retiring adviser to ensure a smooth handover and continuity of care
  • Optionally grow your portfolio further through referrals and introductions

About You

  • At least 4 years’ experience providing holistic financial advice
  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (minimum), ideally working towards Chartered
  • CAS status preferred
  • Strong relationship management skills with a client-first mindset
  • Comfortable advising HNW clients on complex needs
  • Open to candidates from both IFA and restricted models (e.g., SJP backgrounds welcome)
