Contentious Probate Solicitor

Our client, a dynamic and supportive organisation, is on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Contentious Probate Solicitor to join their growing team in Epsom. This is an exciting opportunity to establish a new contentious probate offering and lead your very own team.

About the Role:

As a self-starter with ideally 5+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's contentious probate practise. Collaborating closely with both the private client and dispute resolution teams, you will have the chance to make a significant impact in this area of law.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Developing and leading the new contentious probate team.
  • Engaging in business development to build your own referral network.
  • Handling Inheritance Act claims and inheritance disputes.
  • Managing contested estates with a focus on exceptional client care.

What We're Looking For:

  • A proactive and enthusiastic solicitor with a minimum of 6 years PQE in contentious probate.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills.
  • A commitment to maintaining a high standard of client care.
