Position: Deputy Manager – Luxury Care Home

Location: Near Epsom, Surrey

Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

My client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Deputy Manager to join their team at a well-established, luxury care home located near Epsom in Surrey. The home is renowned for its exceptional standards of care, beautiful surroundings, and a warm, supportive working environment.

As Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to support the day-to-day operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care and maintaining our excellent reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strong and effective leadership to the care team

Support in the management of daily operations within the home

Ensure high standards of care in line with CQC regulations

Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service to residents and families

Help maintain and enhance the luxurious, homely environment our residents enjoy

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience as a Deputy Manager in a care home setting

NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)

Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and standards

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

A proactive leader with a passion for delivering exceptional care
