Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment? We're partnering with a dynamic and growing organisation based in Epsom, Surrey, in their search for an HR Manager to join their team.

This is a broad and hands-on role, offering the opportunity to take ownership of the full employee lifecycle. Reporting directly to the MD and CEO, you will be a trusted advisor on all people matters, playing a key role in shaping a positive and high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day HR operations across the business
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management and engagement
• Manage payroll processes in coordination with external providers
• Lead recruitment activity and talent acquisition strategies
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practice
• Support the leadership team on strategic people initiatives

What We're Looking For:

• A confident and adaptable HR professional with a strong generalist background
• Comfortable operating autonomously in a standalone role
• Experience managing payroll and recruitment in-house
• Resilient, commercially minded, and able to thrive in a sales-led culture
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels
