Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment? We're partnering with a dynamic and growing organisation based in Epsom, Surrey, in their search for an HR Manager to join their team.

This is a broad and hands-on role, offering the opportunity to take ownership of the full employee lifecycle. Reporting directly to the MD and CEO, you will be a trusted advisor on all people matters, playing a key role in shaping a positive and high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day HR operations across the business
